2-some was 2002 founded by Sonja Müller and Jaco Kramer, 2 enthusiastic textile specialists. The founders have many years’ of extensive international experience with textile technology consultancy, workflow optimization, sales, practice oriented marketing in digital textile printing and in conventional textile printing.
We carry out consultancy assignments for companies engaged in any form of textile printing, digital and analog. We are enthusiastic specialists and our hands-on approach makes us ideally suited for the translation into practical solutions of ideas and concepts associated with printing process optimization, automation, digitalization, marketing & sales. The process technology, the factor common to these topics, is essential to us.

We are members of the LMNS (pronounced as: Elements) group, a combination of independent industry experts who have a track record in the graphic visual communication, strategic marketing, sales and marketing, account management, printer development, ink formulation, textile, packaging, software, colour management, technical support / colour workflow & print production support and many other disciplines related to traditional analog screen printing, digital inkjet printing and print workflow processes.
Given that an entire concept consists of many different disciplines that need expert specialists, we are a part of LMNS with the idea that there is not one single person that can conceive all details. Hence, we believe in using those experts that are needed for a project if and when required.

Sonja B. Müller
Sonja is a Bachelor of Engineering with majors in chemical textile engineering with dissertation on detailed direct and resist print on polyamide/viscose blends and is co-founder of 2-some.
Having been responsible for process technology and development printing, fabric product portfolios and the integration of colour physics-and recipe prediction systems in combination with automatic colour dispensing systems at customers world-wide she has a background in printing, colour physics, process management and research on washing, steaming and finishing systems, calenders, hot melt and coating systems regarding the application part as well as production planning and efficiency enhancement .
Sonja has been a product manager of digital textile printers, manager fabric shop and ran optimization projects at print manufacturers. Furthermore, Sonja has a focus on fabric media and pre-treatment application tests.
Within 2-some responsible for market reviews, market communication, press articles, textile training development, fabric sourcing, pre-treatment, supplier contacts, application & technology and market trends.

Jaco is a Bachelor of Engineering with majors in chemical engineering and chemical textile engineering with dissertations on process study of foam mixers for the textile industry and colour management in practice and is co-founder of 2-some.
Having been responsible for process technology and development printing, and the integration of colour physics and recipe prediction systems in combination with automatic colour dispensing systems at customers world-wide he has a background in product development, washing, steaming and coating/finishing systems regarding the application process as well as marketing development and sales of digital printing machines.
Jaco has been a product manager of digital textile printing equipment, managed workflow integration and project optimization while also working on product specification and product positioning and definition of product/market combination.
Within 2-some responsible for market launch plans, marketing, marketing development sales, price policy & structure, quotation text, service level, strategic partnerships, financial management, project planning, validation, structuring, ROI calculations, commissioning and hand’s on training at customers worldwide.
